The Neutrality Engine
Eight tools. One rule: people decide.
The engine frames an evaluation question, routes a situation, explains neutrality for your position, prepares a difficult conversation, drafts a clause, answers from the published standards, estimates the cost of conflict and checks readiness. Each works without AI on preview rules. With the live engine your words are sent to an AI model to draft a reply, in many languages. Every output is a routing draft, not a professional assessment.

AI can assist. It cannot hold the mandate.
Inside a matter, a Neutral classifies every proposed AI use before using it. The same discipline shapes these tools.
Define the task
Summarise, classify, search, compare, draft, translate or transcribe: state exactly what the AI is asked to do.
Classify the risk
Sensitivity of the information, materiality to the conclusion, possibility of fabrication, and whether it could alter judgment.
Set the information boundary
What may be supplied, whether redaction or abstraction is needed, and whether the system is institutionally approved.
Set the verification method
Source-by-source check, authority check, numerical recomputation or human comparison.
Record material use
Where AI materially influences the work, a use record (AI-01) keeps responsibility human and identifiable.

- Implies that neutrality has been automated
