1 Platform Scope & Acceptance
By accessing or utilizing TheNeutrals.ORG, registering as a neutral practitioner, or submitting matters for dispute facilitation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Neutral Practice Standards.
The platform serves as an independent global credentialing registry, professional standard body, and facilitation gateway connecting parties with qualified dispute resolution professionals.
2 Neutral Certification & Listing Integrity
Practitioners listed within the Global Register and Directory must uphold absolute fidelity in reporting their qualifications, jurisdictions, and professional history:
- Verification Requirements: Neutrals must provide authentic documentation of training, accredited hours, and relevant case experience.
- Annual Maintenance: Active bench standing requires adherence to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
- Right to Revoke: The Secretariat reserves the right to suspend or remove any profile found to breach ethical codes or misrepresent qualifications.
3 Professional Conduct & Conflict Clearances
Prior to accepting any facilitation, mediation, neutral chairing, or dispute board mandate, neutrals are required to perform comprehensive conflict checks and execute conflict disclosure declarations.
TheNeutrals.ORG does not act as legal counsel or advocate. Neutrals appointed through the platform act in an independent capacity between positions.
4 Intellectual Property & Protected Marks
All platform design systems, editorial materials, standards documentation, and trademarks—including TheNeutrals.ORG™, Neutral Practice Standard™, Credential Passport™, and Between Positions™—are proprietary institutional assets protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
5 Disclaimers & Institutional Governance
The platform provides discovery, certification, and standard-setting infrastructure. Engagement agreements executed between disputing parties and neutral practitioners constitute direct professional contracts governed by the agreed procedural rules and applicable law.
