Emergency Neutral Intervention
When it cannot wait for a process.
A supplier is about to stop deliveries. A board is about to split. A project is about to walk off site. ENI™ puts an independent neutral in the room within 24 hours to stabilise the situation and agree what happens next.
§ 01How it works
Stabilise first. Evaluate second.
First contact
You describe the situation; the desk runs an immediate conflict check.
Neutral appointed
A certified neutral with the right sector and language is confirmed, targeting 24 hours.
Stabilisation
Short, structured sessions to stop escalation: standstill terms, communication rules, information exchange.
Interim note
A short written record of what was agreed and the open questions.
Route onward
A recommendation: INE™, mediation, expert determination or a standing neutral.
§ 02Fee
Priced at first contact.

What ENI™ does not do.
Does the neutral decide who is right?
No. ENI™ is stabilisation, not adjudication. A view on the merits comes from an INE™ if the parties want one.
Is it confidential?
Yes, under the Code of Ethical Conduct and the mandate the parties sign.
Can one party commission it alone?
Yes, but the neutral acts for the process, not for the commissioning party, and says so to everyone present.
