§ 02Eligibility
Who can join.
All of these
Checked at the Five-Lens Evaluation.
- 5+ years in construction, engineering, infrastructure, property or project management
- Working knowledge of at least one framework: NEC, FIDIC, JCT, RICS or equivalent
- Prior experience as a neutral, expert or adviser in a dispute, or an equivalent academic qualification
- Acceptance of the Code and the conflict-of-interest protocol
Any of these
Weighed, not required.
- Formal mediation or arbitration training (RICS, CIArb, IMI or equivalent)
- Dispute board, standing neutral or expert determiner experience
- Multi-jurisdictional project experience
- MRICS / FRICS for property matters
- Arabic, Spanish, French, Mandarin or Hindi
