Professional Biography

Admitted in Paris and Waraw, 30 years of experience in International Commercial Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Board Adjudication. Member of the International Court of Arbitration (2003-2015), past President of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce, delegate to the UNCITRAL II Working Group on Arbitration and Conciliation. Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb.), until 2014 one of the key partners of Dentons (Salans) in its dispute resolution practice. Since 2015 full time arbitrator, mediator and FIDIC accredited adjudicator. Member of the Paris and Warsaw Bars, listed on ca. 100 rosters of recommended arbitrators worldwide. Chairman, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator or counsel in over 600 arbitrations, handled in English, French, German, Czech, Polish, Russian and Ukrainian, in 30 countries, under the rules of more than 40 arbitration institutions.
