To negotiate final settlement. Project completed on schedule despite several technical, contractual and administrative difficulties. TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONS DEPUTY DIRECTOR (1988-1987) (In addition to previous responsibilities in charge of operations). To support activities on sites as well as for calls for tenders. Orders obtained, satisfactory completion of the Nigerian Escravos Storage plant. INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATIONS DIRECTOR (1986) To develop activities in the area of turnkey industrial installations for oil and gas. Awarded contract for the Nigerian Escravos Storage plant for NNPC. TECHNICAL DIRECTOR (1985) Promoted by the CEO to ensure management of the technical supporting activities for operations and calls for tenders. Several submissions in Iraq, Sudan, Nigeria, Colombia, Bolivia, Oman in joint venture for oil industry. Contracts awarded in Oman, Egypt, Nigeria, Colombia. CHIEF ENGINEER–(1983-1985) Further to the merger of industrial activities of Entrepose et GTM, to manage contract acquisitions and undertaking of turnkey projects. One water transmission pipeline in Cameroon. Several studies for waste water sea outlets or for oil pipelines in Lebanon and Sudan, interrupted for political instabilities. One integrated pulp and paper mill in Malaysia. 1974-1982 GTM INTERNATIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING AND INDUSTRIAL WORKS – INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGER then GEOGRAPHICAL MANAGER (1977-1982) To manage industrial projects and contracts awarded in Saudi Arabia. Resident in Jeddah. Electromechanical Works of the Port of Jeddah (500 MF in 5 years), Yanbu-Medina Water pipeline (1 GF de 78 à 81), several other sites of lesser value for Saudi clients in Yanbu. All projects completed satisfactorily, including commercial negotiations for award of contracts later than the Port of Jeddah. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (1976) Completion (2nd season) of the gas pipeline Carlisle to Bishop Auckland for British Gas in joint venture with Entrepose and Laing. All works completed satisfactorily in teamwork with the British project manager. ENGINEER junior, then Site Engineer, then Deputy Construction Manager (1974-1975) Design of a concrete offshore platform for North Sea, site training for welding and pipeline construction. Co-ordinating site works for the gas pipeline Carlisle to Bishop Auckland (106 km of 36’’).
