Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Advisor with approximately seven years of experience in
the Federal Government and 20 years of combined experience in conflict resolution in the public
sector plus over a decade as an arbitrator, mediator, and advisor. As an arbitrator for five years,
I intervened in 30 unemployment compensation hearings per week. Served as a mediator in
over 3000 cases in civil and criminal disputes where 95% of the cases resulted in agreement
between the parties. For almost seven years, I have supported the Emergency Management
workforce as an ADR Advisor for FEMA, serving at a variety of stages of disaster operations.

building, delivering training and briefings, preparing agreements and contracts. Experienced
