Professional Biography
Advocate and Solicitor since 1994. An experienced counsel at trial and Raam Kumaar covers a wide range of legal practices including Commercial, Insurance, Contract, Conveyancing, Medical Negligence, Defamation, Industrial Law. Being an Advocate and Solicitor, he is a certified mediator. He has acted as Arbitration cases for both on and off-shore. He is an alumni of University of London and University of Malaya. He is a member Malaysian Bar, the Medico-Legal Society Malaysia and The International Bar Association. He also currently serves as a member of the Disciplinary Committee and as Counsel for Disciplinary Board for the Malaysian Bar.
