She is a member of the Secretarial Standards Board of the ICSI. She is a member of Law Committee and Arbitration Committee of Indian Merchant Chambers. She delivers lectures in the Institute of Company Secretaries. She was elected Member of Maharashtra State Council of CII. She is actively involved in the advisory services of the Companies Act, Corporate and Business Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Arbitration and Conciliation, FSSAI Compliances and other various Laws. She is an Insolvency professional registered with the Insolvency Bankruptcy Board of India, having core knowledge of the Insolvency Bankrupt Code, 2016. She has formed various opinions for her clients which include both creditors as well as debtors. Further she also represents the matter of Insolvency Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in NCLT. She also appears in NCLT on various other corporate legal matters including Merger and Amalgamation under Companies Act, 2013. At present she is acting as a Resolution Professional, since last 5 months. She has written various articles on Insolvency Bankruptcy Board.
