§ 02Verify

How a credential is checked.

Credential Passport

Read the master record

At launch: credential ID, grade, endorsements, validity date, issuer and current status, with a correction pathway. Not a self-published profile.

334

neutrals on the Register

Reads the master record, not a self-published profile.

§ 03Registry and Bench

Two different promises.

Global Registry of Certified Neutrals

Proof of current standing

Complete and authoritative.

  • Every current Certified Neutral™
  • Role endorsements, sectors and countries
  • Dates, restrictions and status
  • Answered from an authoritative backend, not a browser list
Annual Certified Neutrals Bench™

Selective annual positioning

Separately selected and ratified.

  • Proven distinction, competence, availability
  • Ordinarily no more than ten per sector per country
  • Not automatic on certification
  • No payment substitutes for the criteria

§ 04The appointment desk

Let the institution shortlist for you.

01

Describe the question

A confidential intake: only what the next decision needs. The desk checks whether evaluation is appropriate, who must consent or be heard, and what competence the issue requires.

02

Role matching

The desk confirms the right role with you, using the same logic as the Engine.

03

Scope and shortlist

A proposed scope and fee, and a shortlist of qualified Neutrals. A Neutral is listed only after confirming availability and submitting conflict information.
