The public endpoint is rate-limited. Licensed institutions receive a key with higher limits and an uptime commitment.

§ 02Licence

Priced by volume.

An annual licence quoted by expected query volume. Existing key holders keep their access through the switch-over; printed QR codes on certificates resolve to the same record.
