Corporate Prevention & Resolution Systems
Stop partner conflicts before they become disputes.
For organisations that depend on networks of dealers, distributors, suppliers, OEMs, franchisees and channel partners. CPRS™ is delivered through UNIONE COMMISSION™, an independent panel of certified evaluators, and measured with GBI™, the Governance & Behavioural Intelligence framework.
§ 01Three layers
Prevention, resolution, governance.
Prevention
GBI™ relationship health assessments, governance clauses at signing, early-warning channels and an ethical partner framework.
Resolution
An independent INDS™ evaluation panel and a time-bound Rapid Resolution Protocol; the parties keep control of outcomes.
Governance
Annual board report, ethical audits, pattern analysis of systemic risk and anonymised benchmarks.
§ 02Tiers
Scoped to the network.
Engagement models: annual retainer; case-specific engagement for a live conflict with no annual commitment; or custom system design. Each is quoted after a no-commitment network analysis.
§ 03Integrated Dispute Management
For organisations that manage disputes as a function.
The former IDM Foundation, Standard and Enterprise tiers map to CPRS™ Foundation, Integrated and Enterprise.
(IDM inside CPRS™)
Audit and profiling
A baseline of dispute volume, types, cost and current process.
Prevention architecture
Clauses, escalation paths and early-warning signals.
Evaluation protocols
INDS™-based internal assessment before positions harden.
Resolution and reporting
Pre-agreed pathways and panels; quarterly dispute health reports for the board.
§ 04GBI™
What GBI™ looks at.
GBI™ reads the behavioural drivers of partner conflict: perception, fear, trust, incentive alignment and the tone and quality of communication. It is used inside CPRS™ to decide where to intervene early. It is a structured method, not a prediction, and its findings are reported with the evidence behind them.
