Build institutional continuity beyond any individual.
§ 11Composition
Who sits on the Council.
The Global Council is the supreme governance body under the Bylaws. Its members are not employees or shareholders of the institution. At least three independent members are named here before the Edition 2027 texts take effect.
Day-to-day management sits with the Global Director, Samung Deb Barma, who reports to the Council. The Fellow Users Council advises it.
