The World Neutrals Summit™ is the profession-specific global summit within the wider annual convergence architecture. It gives Neutrals, institutions, users and professional leaders a place to examine how Neutral Practice is changing across standards, use cases, sectors, jurisdictions, technology, professional development and institutional accountability. The Summit should produce a professional record that continues after the room closes.

Barcelona 2026 established the Summit as one of the principal proceedings of the wider annual Assembly. Future editions should preserve that architecture rather than making the Summit look like a separate institution.

Barcelona 2026 established the wider annual convergence as a place where several professional and institutional worlds could meet. The continuing opportunity is not simply to repeat a successful event format, but to make the profession-specific proceedings increasingly substantive.
The Paris Assembly™ 2027 should build on that architecture. The Neutral profession can convene within the larger UNBOUNDED environment while retaining a clear programme around professional practice, standards, use cases, research, technology, jurisdiction development and user needs.
This relationship matters because many Neutral questions begin outside the profession. A company may first describe a market-entry, project, governance or relationship problem. Lawyers, finance professionals, sector advisers and institutional leaders may see different aspects of the same issue. The Summit can help the Neutral profession understand that wider context.
The Global Business Circuit™ provides continuity between annual gatherings. It surfaces real cross-border business questions throughout the year. Research and Summit programming can learn from those demand-side signals without treating Circuit activity as automatic evidence of Neutral appointment demand.
Professional proceedings should not become promotional sessions for the ecosystem institutions. WLA, WONE, UNIONE, IJC, Foremark and TheNeutrals.ORG can each contribute perspective where relevant, but the Summit should remain recognisably about the Neutral profession.
The event should also resist celebrity programming. A distinguished name can add perspective, but the agenda should be built from professional questions first. The strongest session may involve several practitioners and users working through a difficult role-boundary or sector-use question rather than a ceremonial keynote.
Young and emerging practitioners should be part of the professional conversation too. A profession that convenes only its most senior members will miss changes in technology, career pathways and new forms of practice.
The Summit record should feed future editions. If one year identifies repeated uncertainty around cross-border confidentiality, standing roles or AI-assisted process, the next year should be able to show what the institution learned and what changed.
