WHAT PARIS IS
The Assembly is the annual physical convergence of year-round work, not a substitute for the work between Assemblies.
The Global Business Circuit continues throughout the year. The participating institutions continue their own professional systems throughout the year. Paris provides one place for those continuing relationships, institutions and professional questions to meet physically.

IJC and Foremark contribute their own jurisdictional, intelligence and recognition contexts. UNIONE remains a distinct dispute institution with its own mandate.
The value lies in the interfaces. A cross-border infrastructure question may involve legal, commercial, project, jurisdictional and Neutral dimensions. The Assembly can allow those perspectives to meet without asking one institution to absorb the others.
Barcelona 2026 demonstrated the annual convergence model. Paris should deepen the year-round connection by drawing from Global Business Circuit™ questions, research streams and institutional work already active before delegates arrive.
