THE INSTITUTION / THE PARIS ASSEMBLY™ 2027

The next annual physical convergence of the wider ecosystem.

The Paris Assembly™ 2027 will bring the UNBOUNDED™ ecosystem and the year-round Global Business Circuit™ together physically in Paris in May 2027. For TheNeutrals.ORG, Paris is the setting in which the World Neutrals Summit™ and institution-specific professional proceedings can connect with the wider cross-border business, legal and institutional worlds without dissolving the identity or governance of the Neutral profession.

TIME May 2027
FORMAT Annual physical convergence
WHAT PARIS IS

The Assembly is the annual physical convergence of year-round work, not a substitute for the work between Assemblies.

The Global Business Circuit continues throughout the year. The participating institutions continue their own professional systems throughout the year. Paris provides one place for those continuing relationships, institutions and professional questions to meet physically.

01 / YEAR-ROUND

Professional institutions continue

TheNeutrals.ORG continues certification, standards, development, research, conduct and public professional records independently of the event calendar.

02 / CIRCUIT

Cross-border work continues

The Global Business Circuit operates across corridors and business requirements throughout the year.

03 / ASSEMBLY

One physical convergence

Paris brings the wider ecosystem together physically in May 2027.

04 / SUMMITS

Profession-specific proceedings

World Neutrals Summit™ and other professional proceedings retain their own subject focus inside the wider Assembly.

05 / INSTITUTIONS

Separate mandates remain separate

The Assembly connects institutions without turning them into one organisation or one governing body.

06 / RECORD

What follows Paris

Professional outputs return to the institutions, research, standards, corridors and continuing programmes after the Assembly.

A CONVERGENCE, NOT A COLLAPSE

The value of the wider ecosystem comes from different professional institutions meeting while keeping their own authority.

TheNeutrals.ORG should arrive in Paris as the professional institution for Neutrals, participate in shared cross-border dialogue where useful, and return to its own year-round standards, certification, research and professional governance.

THE NEUTRALS.ORG AT PARIS

Four layers of professional participation.

01 World Neutrals Summit™Profession-wide proceedings on practice, standards, research and the future of Neutral work.
02 Institutional sessionsTheNeutrals.ORG may use the Assembly for appropriate Council, standards, research, professional-development or institutional proceedings.
03 Cross-ecosystem dialogueNeutral Practice can meet legal, business, tax, jurisdictional and institutional perspectives where the question genuinely crosses professional boundaries.
04 Professional visibilityCertified professionals, Fellows and contributors may participate according to the programme and participation framework without attendance becoming a credential itself.
05 Publications + recordResearch, standards or institutional material can be released where the relevant governance process has been completed.
06 Return to year-round workOutputs should move back into the institution and Circuit rather than remaining event-only conversation.
THE PARIS TEST

Every Assembly activity should answer why physical convergence adds something that year-round work could not do alone.

USE 01 / MULTI-INSTITUTIONAL

A question genuinely crosses law, business and Neutral Practice.

Paris can bring separate professional worlds into one structured dialogue while each institution remains responsible for its own standards and conclusions.

USE 02 / PROFESSION-WIDE

A Neutral Practice issue deserves global professional attention.

The World Neutrals Summit™ can test the question across jurisdictions, practices and sectors, then return it to year-round research or standards work.

USE 03 / RELATIONSHIP

Year-round cross-border relationships benefit from one physical meeting point.

The Assembly can deepen relationships developed through the Circuit, but participation should connect to real institutional or professional work rather than generic networking.

USE 04 / INSTITUTIONAL RECORD

A significant institutional act deserves formal annual recording.

Paris can provide a visible moment for publication or institutional proceeding only after the underlying governance and professional work has been properly completed.

PARTICIPATION CLARITY

Assembly participation and professional standing should never be confused.

CREDENTIAL Certification comes from TheNeutrals.ORG professional framework, not attendance.
SPEAKER Programme role is separate from professional credential or institutional office.
DELEGATE Participation does not imply Council membership or institutional authority.
PARTNER Ecosystem participation does not merge organisational governance.
PROFILE A Neutral shown on this page is not automatically confirmed for Paris.
OUTPUT Standards or institutional acts require their own governance regardless of where announced.
THE PARIS ASSEMBLY™ SHOULD

Concentrate year-round institutional, professional and cross-border work into a meaningful annual physical convergence.

The event earns significance from the work that arrives before it and the work that continues afterwards.

THE PARIS ASSEMBLY™ SHOULD NOT

Become the credential, governing authority or sole centre of professional life for any participating institution.

The annual gathering is strongest when the institutions remain alive throughout the year.

PARIS ROUTES

Move from the Assembly into the year-round systems around it.

PARIS The annual physical convergence moves to Paris in May 2027.
PROCEEDINGS Profession-specific work should remain visible inside the wider Assembly.
CONTINUE The value of Paris should return to year-round institutional work.
INSTITUTIONAL DEPTH

Paris should build on Barcelona 2026 by making the annual gathering more tightly connected to the year-round professional and business systems.

The Assembly is strongest when it is the physical convergence of work already moving through the year, not a stand-alone event calendar.

YEAR-ROUND
Global Business Circuit™

Cross-border business questions continue through the year and can shape the themes that deserve deeper physical discussion.

PROFESSION
World Neutrals Summit™

The Neutral profession should have recognisable proceedings focused on practice, standards, research, use cases and professional development.

ECOSYSTEM
Six institutions

The wider UNBOUNDED ecosystem can bring legal, advisory, dispute, jurisdictional and intelligence perspectives into one global environment.

RECORD
Proceedings + research

Important sessions should generate questions, findings and follow-through rather than disappear after the event.

RETURN
Back to year-round work

Outputs should move into Research, Standards, Circuit activity, development or institution-specific programmes after Paris.

INSTITUTIONAL DEPTH

The Paris Assembly™ 2027 should feel broader than TheNeutrals.ORG and still make the Neutral profession easier to recognise inside it.

A strong ecosystem event does not need every institution to sound the same. The contrast between distinct professional worlds is part of the value.

INSTITUTIONAL PRINCIPLE

One physical convergence. Several distinct institutional worlds.

Paris can create unusual cross-border proximity while preserving the identity and authority of every participating institution.

TheNeutrals.ORG enters Paris as the professional institution for Neutrals. Its programme should focus on the evolution of Neutral Practice, professional standards, new use cases, sectors, jurisdictions, technology, career pathways and institutional accountability.

World Law Alliance brings the cross-border legal professional world. WONE contributes another advisory and professional-services perspective. IJC and Foremark contribute their own jurisdictional, intelligence and recognition contexts. UNIONE remains a distinct dispute institution with its own mandate.

The value lies in the interfaces. A cross-border infrastructure question may involve legal, commercial, project, jurisdictional and Neutral dimensions. The Assembly can allow those perspectives to meet without asking one institution to absorb the others.

Barcelona 2026 demonstrated the annual convergence model. Paris should deepen the year-round connection by drawing from Global Business Circuit™ questions, research streams and institutional work already active before delegates arrive.

That means programming should begin with real professional and business questions rather than with speakers. A session should exist because the issue matters, then the right practitioners, users and institutional leaders should be brought into it.

The World Neutrals Summit™ can function as the profession-specific proceedings inside the wider Assembly. Some sessions may remain entirely within Neutral Practice; others can deliberately cross into business, legal, sector or jurisdictional conversations.

Paris should also create professional discovery opportunities without turning the event into a referral marketplace. Profiles, practice fields, sectors and jurisdiction evidence can help users understand the profession while appointment remains a separate matter-specific decision.

Certification and governance should remain year-round institutional responsibilities. Attendance, speaking or partnership at Paris should not imply certification, special standing or appointment preference.

The strongest event outputs should be captured after the room closes. Research questions, standards pressure, new practice questions and cross-border observations can be routed into the institutions that own them.

Paris should therefore be understood as a physical expression of a wider system: UNBOUNDED™ as the master ecosystem, the Global Business Circuit™ as the year-round cross-border engine, distinct institutions as professional homes and the annual Assembly as the place those worlds meet in person.

For TheNeutrals.ORG, success will not be measured only by attendance. It will be measured by whether Paris creates better professional questions, deeper global context and serious work that continues into 2027 and beyond.

PARIS PRINCIPLE

Bring the ecosystem together physically once a year without reducing year-round professional life to one event.

Paris is the convergence point. The institutions and Circuit continue.
