Mediation Background
Vincent is a mediator in General Panel of Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited in Hong Kong, he was accredited as a mediator from Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC) since Dec 2002. Vincent was a Vice-President of HKMC and act as an assessor for role-play examination of HKMC during the serving time. He was a coach for mediation course in City University of Hong Kong, and he has been appointed as Judge in Arbitration Moot of City University of Hong Kong in 2016. As a mediation advocacy, he joined various mediation talks and seminars to public to know “what is mediation” in the past decade and he has handled mediation case nearly hundred hours.

In the recent years, he established a dispute resolution organization named “DRAHK” with his partner, which is a small non-profit institute and aims to promote “Mediation Spirit” in the different spectrum, and he is a member of the Conflict Research of Society (UK).
