Matthias Lerch’s legal practice focuses on: national and international litigation and arbitration; mediation; enforcement proceedings and legal assistance matters; employment law; legal data protection matters; corporate governance and compliance; corporate and commercial law; the law on debt enforcement and bankruptcy; criminal law; advice on and drafting of contracts.
