Mr. Akshay is himself acting as a sitting Arbitrator for a few matters. He regularly appears before various Arbitral Tribunals, Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, National Green Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Consumer Forums and various District Courts exercising its jurisdiction within the National Capital Territory region, amongst other regions detailed above.

Last but not the least, Mr. Akshay has been lately in December, 2017 accredited and awarded for making it to the distinguished list of Top Legal Luminaries in Central India and was felicitated with an award given by the Hon’ble Law Minister of the State of Madhya Pradesh.
