Nityesh is a Barrister-at-Law (Inner Temple) having practised in Mauritius for the past 4 years, a Mediator (UK and US) and an International Trade Specialist. He is a holder of a double LLM, the latest being from the Queen Mary University of London under the prestigious Chevening Scholarship where he specialised in International Dispute Resolution and International Taxation.
Nityesh has worked extensively on Corporate Law matters and has also acted as external Compliance Auditor with several entities providing advice with respect to their operations vis a vis the Codes, Regulations, Guidelines and relevant Legislation.
His practice also consists of Employment Law and he has chaired several Disciplinary Committees.
Nityesh teaches law at Middlesex University (Mauritius) and provides training, being certified by the MQA (Mauritius Qualifications Authority), on complex legal topics such as FATCA, CRS, the AML & Fraud to targeted audiences.
