As a seasoned management in the Telecommunications industry and an accredited mediator of HKMAAL, Ms. Kathlin Liao was appointed as the Executive of CCSS Mediation Centre (the Centre) in 2012 by the Office of the Communications Authority in Hong Kong, responsible for the establishment of the Centre and guiding customers to peaceful resolution. Ms. Liao has an in-depth understanding in the challenges faced by the industry and clients, and was instrumental in transforming the interaction model between telecommunications industry and the general public. The Centre drove mutually beneficial outcomes between parties and achieved a 99.9% success rate of resolution in multiple hundreds of cases handled.

With extensive experience in solving commercial deadlocks and a constant aspiration to inspire the younger generation, Ms. Liao extended her vision to serve the wider community recently, holding leadership position in a family business.
