Ben Horn is a solicitor of the Senior courts of England and Wales and a chartered arbitrator . He has acted in literally hundreds of arbitrations as solicitor or arbitrator under a wide range of rules including LMAA , LCIA ICC, SIAC, UNCITRAL and ad-hoc rules.

His experience extends to dispute resolution in the shipping, insurance, international trade and energy sectors, including onshore and off shore oil and gas disputes and construction disputes.
