He is having certification in IPR from WIPO and another certification for Arbitration and Conciliation from UNITAR, Geneva.
His biggest strength is to partner with business and help them in creating a sustainable compliant business model. He has been instrumental in representing Industry during the formulation and implementation of Food Safety and Standards Act. He has also represented industry at various CII, FICCI and Assocham forums and was part of the task force who represented industry to the ministry. In his current role he has faced and ensured compliance in extremely critical situation like sudden Bihar Prohibition & Supreme Court Order of Highway Liquor vendors. In fact after the Bihar Prohibition ensured a peaceful and litigation free, till date, closure of the factory in Bihar.
Recently he has been part of the team taking care of the transition after Miller acquisition by Molson Coors. (A $ 12 billion deal)
Prior to joining Molson Coors, Ashutosh has worked with Wrigley, Pernod Ricard and Xerox, in different capacities in their legal and compliance functions.
